What we do

Mac Manager provides on-site service, repairs, upgrades, installation and maintenance to Apple Mac computers in your home or office. Whether you need a new computer set up, repair to an existing Mac, upgrading your Mac's memory / hard drive / operating system, or maintaining an entire network, Mac Manager can help.

What we support

Any Apple Mac computer
Any Mac operating system, including the latest macOS 14 Sonoma as well as older systems as far back as Mac OS 9
Apple Macintosh servers, including the last release, macOS 12 Monterey Server and earlier

We support everywhere in the greater Sydney metro area, including:

We also support areas outside these, however there may be an additional charge for travel time to your location. We have customers in the following regions that use our services:

On-site service rates

For one of our highly experienced technicians to visit your home or office to repair your Apple Mac, our rates are:

$270 for the first hour
$170 per additional hour
or
$1,190 day rate

Above prices are inclusive of GST and are valid during regular business hours.
Minimum 1 hour booking for most Sydney metro areas. Additional hours, if applicable, are charged in quarter-hour increments.
Day rate provides up to 8 hours on-site service from 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri.

After hours & weekend service

We also offer after hours and weekend on-site visits for those that cannot be available during regular business hours. The rates are:

$330 for the first hour
$210 per additional hour
or
$1,470 day rate

Above prices are inclusive of GST and are applicable to bookings from 5:00pm Mon-Fri or anytime Saturday or Sunday.
Minimum 1 hour booking for most Sydney metro areas. Additional hours, if applicable, are charged in quarter-hour increments.
Day rate provides up to 8 hours service from 10am-6pm, Saturday or Sunday.
