Service

Do you charge for travel time?

No. Whether it takes 10 minutes or 1 hour to drive to your home or office, our rates are the same. Areas outside the greater Sydney metropolitan area, such as Katoomba, Wollongong and the Central Coast require a minimum number of hours booked, however the rate is still the same. I've called other places and they can't come out to fix my Apple Mac for 2 weeks, what is your availability?

Generally we are available within one to two days. If your situation is urgent we can arrange a visit after hours.

Do you support servers such as macOS 10.12 Sierra Server?

Absolutely. We have many clients that use various versions of OS X Server.

I have a problem with my Windows PC, can you help?

Apart from a few basic things such as setting up a new printer, connecting to the internet, setting up file sharing between a Macintosh and Windows machine, no. We feel it is best to leave Windows problems to Windows experts. We specialise in Apple Macintosh.

We have a network with Macs and PCs, can you work with our PC technicians?

Of course. We have many clients that use both Mac and PC, so we liaise with PC technicians all the time.

What do you sell?

Apple products, memory & storage upgrades, backup solutions, software, printers, scanners, networking equipment, LCD and plasma screens, projectors, and much more. Contact us with your requirements - we will be happy to provide you with free advice and a quote.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes. If your Mac is less than 4 years old it may still have commercial value. It will depend on the model, memory, hard drive, software and condition of course.

Do you accept a trade-in that isn't working?

Yes. Depending on the problem, we may be able to use it for parts, or combine it with another similar machine to make a working one. Ask us before throwing it away.

I'm a student / teacher, can I buy Apple products from you?

We are unable to provide education discounts on Apple products. Only a select few outlets are authorised by Apple to do this. Contact Apple directly on 133 622 to obtain your discount, or see your campus computer store.

We are able to provide education discounts on a range of other products though, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and more.

 

Payment methods

Do you accept cheques?

For service and repairs, yes, personal or company cheques are accepted. For product sales, payment by cheque must be cleared prior to delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

For service we accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card (visa & mastercard only).
For sales orders we accept cash, bank cheque, electronic funds transfer, EFTPOS, and credit card (visa & mastercard only). For product sales, payment by personal / company cheque must be cleared prior to delivery.

Do you take American Express?

Sorry, no.

Where are you based?

We are based in Sydney's Hills district (Baulkham Hills), however you never need to come to us. We are on-site consultants & technicians - everything is done in your home / office.

Do you have a shopfront?

No. Nor do we have the associated costs. We are able to provide a personalised professional on-site service at an attractive price due to our low overheads.
